Need your valuable reply on IVF

My cousin who is trying to conceive form past 8 years ,recently undergoing IVF treatment.

Brief about her:

Aged 32 yrs, Throid from past 5 yeras (under control),had 2 ectopic pregnancy in the past 4 yrs while undergoing fertility treatments.

Now coming to my question,

She had ET on 17th jan morning and today morning she had been for blood test which showed Positive pregnancy.She also developed shortness of breath and fluid accumulation in the lungs,which doc said its quiet common in IVF process and removed the same.

Now my cousin is worried whether this will bring any hinder in furthur pregnancy.She got positive pregnancy after 8 days of ET,it menas implantion has succesful.

But doc has advised ofor urine test on 1st Feb(2 weeks after ET) ,not getting why,is it to reconfirm pregancy before scan?

Are there any other complication during IVF process after this stage.
