2015 feb 100 miles walk....

I dont know if i will get a chance to post thread over the weekend so i am posting it today itself.....

We am here with our thread.... As usual 100 miles per month.


you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...
