Hopeful, starting work after EAD!

Dear Ladies,

If and when we get our EAD cards, it may be difficult to land a job after several years of gap on the resume. Just wondering what would be your ideal job?

1) Based on your qualification/skill-based?

2) Something with a good work-life balance (maybe like a 4-hour shift to accommodate kids being back from school or doesn't really matter).

3) Creative work

4) An opportunity for your soft skills with the potential to learn new skills?

Would love to hear how you lovely ladies will approach getting back to/starting work.
