Ing - 1spoon turdal ,1spoon chanadal, 1spoon udaddal ,1spoon methi ,1/2spoon rai lemon size tamarind and salt to taste.

preparation- soak tamarind in 2to3glass of water.Take 3spoon of oil put rai .After rai crackle put all dals till it become golden brown. POUR tamarind water 1/2 spoon sambar powder and salt to taste.put any veg like drum stick ladies finger or brinjal. Allow veg to cook.Add 2tea spoon of gram powder to thicken. now mathi sambar is ready to be served.
