you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...

All our walkers we don't want to give up right... so here we go.... keep walking and keep updating...
All those who are not able to complete 100 miles try this month being the last month of the year you can do it... all you need to do is walk atleast 3 to 4 miles per day............. morning 2 miles,evening 2 miles... call someone on the phone when you walk you will finish your 2 miles walk with in no time...thats the trick i been trying all the while hahaha...
