Confused about IVF, professional carrer and place for IVF

Hello Dear ladies,

I have posted earlier many times on this forum and have always got very nice response. Again I need your suggestions and advice. We've been TTC from last 3 years with two failed IUIs. I am a working woman and my age will be 34 in next 3 months. I was consulting a doctor in Mysore who did my basic follicular studies, HSG and my husbands semen analysis. Everything came out normal. After trying for 6-7 months normally, she told me to go for IUI, which was not successful. Recently I visited to AIIMS, there doctor told me to go for so many test like uterus biopsy for TB, laproscopy histoscopy etc. etc. And then she told me, we should not waste anymore time and go for IVF. Now the questions was, my Mysore gynae should have done all these basic tests earlier to rule out the problem, this way all my time was wasted. My parents and relatives are telling me ton not to waste time and take the treatment from AIIMS.

If I do so,I will have to leave my job and stay there at least for 6-7 months or more depending on when will I conceive. My personal life will be disturbed as my husband will have to stay here and come there whenever its required.

Ladies please suggest me if there are any reliable infertility centers in Mysore?

Or should I leave everything and go to AIIMS? We are really desperate, and my age is also running. I don't know what to do in this situation. Please ..Please ...Please suggest me something. And also share your ttc success story in mysore if there is any.
