What is the name of this hair cut

I am planning to cut my hair.i have seen this on TV and many magazines.

the hair will be long.the hair length will not be reduced at the back.it will remain the same. but on both the sides, hair will be till shoulder length.i thought it is layer cut but in layer cut, the hair at the back will also be reduced but in this only hair will be cut at the shoulder but at the back it will be the same.i am going to cut my hair on Tuesday but what is the name of this cut I don't know.can anyone help me?
