Advice- Relocation to PA/Philidelphia/KOP(Please comment)

Dear Ladies in PA,

We are planning to relocate to Philidelphia and need your advice:

We are family of 2 adults and 1 child 5 years old. Mostly after 6 months I will look for jobs. My working around Wayne.

1. How much is the monthly expense:Range

School fees-

Food-

Car -

2.Which Areas are good to stay ?Is it always we have to share the laundry facilities?

We heard about KOP, Wayne,

3.What are the common ways to commute in absence of car. Did you know driving before or did your learn there?
