Dear mam,

i am am curious and interested to know abt our traditional medicines compulsorily given during puberty pregnancy etc and how to make it. My grandmother gave me a set of seven Lehyam after puberty to be had in the night. I am sure there are many more separately for boys and girls during different stages.also ennai kuliyal, fasting and many more rituals which will be soon forgotten. My patti is no more, but I am sure many will benefit from these. Can u guide us on these?
