Hello , married for 14 years with 2 kids, aged 14 and 11.
I have a really laid back wife, I mean reaalllyy laid back. There is nothing that seems to interest her , except the TV and Facebook and eat out in resteraunts. Those 2 things bring light to her face. Nothing else , no movies , no books , no cooking , not doing things together. no social life. doesnt even venture to any room/garden in the house except the living room.
I mean there is hardly anything we can talk , except discuss negative topics about acquaintances or the kids activities.
She hasnt seemed to have graduated from single dorm room days , of lazing on the couch in front of the TV. and she LOVES to sleep for atleast 10 hours a day. She sees nothing wrong with this , and says we live only once and that has to be enjoyed to the fullest. and the above are her ideas of enjoyment
And then comes the intimacy part , where once every month after hounding seems to be adequate for her. that too on a sunday afternoon with the kids banging on the door. Since nights are to be reserved for the TV.
Apart from these maybe crazy "observations??" of mine , she is a nice person who doesnt desire much materialism or nag me.. thats the positive part of being laid back.
Am I nuts?

We have fought over this for the last 14 years, but she wont budge from her set ways.
so people, is it just me who is nuts ? Is it too much to expect anything more ?
Am i expected to look at the positive side ? and live with this frustration ?
its been 14 years and doesn't seem i can continue without me blowing up!
