Bad day at work - How do you deal with it?

Ideas to soothe.


1. Listening to music - any genre that you like, preferably one that you listened to growing up.


2. Gardening if you have one.


3. Creative crafts


4. Talking to people outside of your office circle if you love talking


5. Some people I know turn to religious faith, doing religious rituals brings great calm to the mind.


6. A vigorous work-out


7.Cleaning vessels/dishes or any other form of cleaning


8. Reading stuff that has nothing to do with your work.


9. Talking to an old person/ kids (even if they are not your own).
