Finding rentals in North Sydney

Hi,

We are moving to Sydney next month. Hubby is reaching by 6th March and would be looking for rental units / homes around North Shore suburbs like Artarmon, Chatswood, Willoughby, Lane Cove. Our work place would be St Leonard's

I have heard that its not easy to rent a place and can take 3-4 weeks

I would be reaching on 29th March with my daughter. I'm just hoping that he find a place in the mean while.

Any ideas on how can we rent soon? Our budget is 450-550 pw max.
