20 days passed no peiods, all reports are negative

Hello ,

I am 31 yrs old, I never missed my periods before, married since 3 years no kid, detected thyroid 2 years ago and now i am taking 112mg thyroxine tablet everyday,

This month i forgot to take thyroid tablet for 2 days

Now its 51days gone... no period... negative test checker and at home, at 42nd day i went to gynac and he checked with ultra sound machine and said I am not pregnant and its because of Harmon and he prescribed norethisterone (5mg) tablets for 5days, but i stoped those tablet at 2nd day

But no symptoms at all, and current 5.83 tsh level

Is there any chances of pregnancy
