Liver problems / Jaundice / Keezhanelli and karisalankanni

I read online that keezhanelli and karisalankanni are herbs used to treat liver problems. Where can we buy that fresh in chennai?? Are they easy to grow? Can you please help with some suggestions. I know there are some tablets, but many indicated to use the leaves. Also how do we take them for cure? Please share your experiences

On another note - are there any genuine natural / ayurvedic / siddha doctors who can cure jaundice / liver problems. I'm not interested in allopathic doctors.
