Fitness first: April beginings

Hi friends,

I am a regular at relationship forums but I have now vowed that more than anything else, I will now keep a tab on my health. Starting tomorrow, I have a fitness, as well as a diet plan.


I will be posting regularly in this space, about my progress.


I will be following a simple diet plan (that has been given to me by a dietitian)


Besides, in the morning, I will be visiting park for 30 minutes (it might including walking, brisk walking, running, etc.).


I will start with baby steps as I don't intend to leave anything in the middle and come back to my unhealthy ways.


I also plan to do 10-15 minutes of stationary biking at home, once I come back from office. Besides, there will be regular kapabathi for 5 minutes.


Let me post my stats:

Height: 5'4"

Weight: 79 Kgs

My ideal weight: 60Kgs

My dream weight: 50Kgs (When I used to be in college, phew!)

I need a lot of motivation!
