Dear ladies,a warm hello.
My baby is now 14 months old. My body has become a typical pear shaped. My stomach is saggy and hips have become big.
What exercises should i do? There are many references available on net, but could you ladies provide me your stories of how you lost the saggy stomach and fats from hips?Right now i am just walking for 10 mins. I live on 11th floor. will Climbing up and down helps>>
