As we all know this is best forum, where you can share in-laws issue and vent without being judged, I have many questions in mind to get an answer. If you all find any suitable answer please do answer.
1- I believe in Karma and strongly believe Good Karma gives good result. But, when it comes to my in-laws specially my MIL, I feel what bad Karma I could have done to get her as a result of it. Her only problem is her greed. She wants money from my family, from me(my salary) and do whatever she could. I could have given her had she had only one child(thats my DH) but I do not want others(BIL and family and SIL and family to fool around with my money.Here the Karma is not just confined to me but my parents. What bad karma did my mom and dad do to get this lady in their life? We dont behave bad to her, but she compels us always with her remarks to just hate her. I feel she wants and reminds me how bad she is, I should never forget that.
2- We say forgive and forget, but can this be effectively applied to in-laws? Tried forgetting her treatment to me and my parents 3 yrs back, but she is back again with same tantrums now. How to forgive and forget each time. I keep away and do not fight with her for my DH, but sometimes DH alone cannot help me with this.
3- We also say "God could not be everywhere, so he made mothers" then what about MIL, is it Devils could not be everwhere, so they made MIL's.But, when these mother's become MIL, they become devil, they want to control DIL, in that process they forget about their son. They make a son's life a sandwich. So, it is false that God could not be everwhere so he made mothers. Because same mother can make life hell for a son post marriage. How strange?
I will post more such questions when it comes to my mind again. One thing, neither logic, nor any other thing can explain the behavior of a bad lady who shows true self when becomes a MIL.
