Planning for an Australia Trip

Planning to go to Australia for honeymoon by Sep 1st or 2nd week. can anyone suggest me what are the best places there to visit.

And what is the procedure for travel visa (This is my first air traveling out of India)

And what will be the budget for 7 days stay. If any one there out Please help me out. Thanks:)

PS- I have googled it, there are many places in Australia. but not sure which are safe and good places.
