Point system:
We will divide the whole month into 3 phases:
Phase 1 - First 10 days
Phase 2 - second 10 days
Phase 3 - Last 11 days
We raise our individual challenges and assign 1 point for a day if we follow them completely. If partially followed reduce points accordingly.
Teams:
Team 1: 50 to 55 kg
Team 2: 55 to 60 kg
Team 3: 60 to 70 kg
Team 4: Above 70 kg
We place ourselves in the respective teams, based on our current weight.
