travel assistance for my mom -- Really URGENT

Hi,

Planning to bring my mom to New Jersey next month.

She is 60 years old, doesn't know Hindi/English, knows only Tamil and travelling for the first time. She can't use escalator.

Thinking of booking Air India flight from Mumbai/Delhi.

Itinery will be like Chennai->Mumbai/Delhi->New Jersey/New York

1. If I book a wheelchair assistance, can she get a help in boarding the flight in Chennai as well as Mumbai /Delhi?

2. Will she get assistance baggage claim?

3. Most crucial part, can someone suggest how she can clear the immigration with language problem?
