Processing time for swiss L permit dependent visa

Friends,

My hubby is working in switzerland with L permit.I have applied dependent visa on Jan 26/2015.First they confirmed it vl be 4 to 6 weeks but it crossed 8 weeks when we did follow-ups,they said our dependent visa files are moved to local Gemeinde in swiss.They asked my hubby to submit one pdf,but they din't give any timeline.Anbody knows how long it vl take from here to get my approval?
