No follicles found on day 12 of ultrasound?

Hi

i have taken tablets for developing follicles (e-ova tablet) & ferti sure from day 2 of periods.

Taken ultrasound on day 12 & found no follicles, they want me to come on day 15 for second ultrasound. Any chances of follicle growth this month before 15 day ultrasound? or i have to wait for next month?

am worried....any help?
