Moving to Charlotte

Hi.

We are moving to Charlotte in 2 weeks and can anyone help me in finding a good Pre school for my 3 year old.

Also regarding the apartments in NC

1. Tyvole apartment.

2. The Pointe Apartment.

Which is better? Or is there anything which you will recommend other than the above.?

Pls help me.
