HOme remedy for prediabetic

Some ideas that worked for me.

1. Eating smaller meals with less rice and more veggies esp salads.


2. Eating soaked methi seeds


3. Karela subzi


4. Boiling neem leaves in water and drinking the water. Same can be done with karela also. Its bitter I am warning you.


5. Giving atleast 2 hours gap between last meal and going to bed.


6. Long walks/exercise daily. THere are specific yoga asanas too.


I have no idea about thyroid, sorry.


Lastly try to stay happy without tension. Works wonders. Good luck .
