We've been trying to decide between Post Spring and Berkshire at Vinings. Post Spring rents have gone up by about $200 in the last month. Seasonality they say. However Berkshire is right next door to Post Spring but the rent is less for a big apartment (almost 200 sq.ft more) than a similar one at Post Spring.

Any recommendations welcome. Thank you!
