Any Suggestion/Help

Hi,

Am posting this for my partner. He had been working as a Project Manager in Telecom industry (16 years of experience). He has electronics background and his work mostly involved project management, pmo operations etc. He is out of the job. Not just now, for the past three years. Its really pathetic.

He is not able to get a job now. We are almost applying for 'n' number of jobs everyday. No industry is willing to take him for a lower designation job, though he is willing to take up one. Interviews are also happening, but not got job yet.

Pls suggest some ways for getting a job. Even any manager job anywhere will be very helpful for him. Trying all, but now running out of ways-to-try.

If anyone can suggest any kind of job that is available for him, i will be very thankful. It is more of a request....
