Hello walkers, here I am here with our new April 2015 thread.... As usual 100 miles per month.
2015 April 100 mile walk
you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...
