We am here with our thread.... As usual 100 miles per month.
you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...
Join with us and appreciate , support, motivate, guide others...

I guess its not too late to start this thread and all our walkers we don't want to give up right... so here we go.... keep walking and keep updating...
