November 4 weeks challenge

Hi all

We have many threads and posts but i wanted to open this thread specially for a month challenge so we can focus and aim for beautified new slim body


Workout :


1. 8 sets of surya namaskar

2. 20 mins of your choice (running,jumping,skipping,boxing,walking or just arguing with someone yes you are losing energy hehehe)


Diet :


1. Only one cheat snacks or bite of junk food per week but rule is if you had more than one cheat snacks a week then you need to vaccum your house twice .

2. No fruits after 4PM

3. Three hours before your bed time no food or drinks (only green tea is allowed)

4. Atleast one green tea is a must

5. A salad a day

6. A fruit a day

7. morning breakfast must have protein serve (soy,chicken,egg,fish,milk,yoghurt ) as part of the breakfast.


Rule :


1. Be regular in list all you put into your mouth

2. Write down the workout list (except women s period time ) but you can walk casually no harm in it

3. Weekly update .
