We am here with our thread.... As usual 100 miles per month.
you can do whatever you want, walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, total body workout, yoga, elliptical, any kind of sports, anything . But the only thing is you have to squeeze yourself to burn calories...

All our walkers we don't want to give up right... so here we go.... keep walking and keep updating...
Can we just make a little change of checking weight... every two weeks or how ever you guys want so we know our hard work is getting us some good results.....its all your choices... please pass your suggestions too..
