caught cold and runny nose in 4th month

Hello ladies -

I caught cold and runny nose, as winter here in US is about to begin. What should i do now... Are there any safe home remedies that can be taken during pregnancy.

Since i do not want to take any medicines..

I want to make sure that baby is not affected any way.
