May be you start with pre-marital counceling, a third party, not ur or her parents. That third party initiates these tests for both, after few sessions/hours of counselling.

Anyway these tests will be done when trying for pregnancy or when she is pregnant. So it is common thing , no need to get offended. But if u ask it is offending.

I feel pre-marital counseling and basic health tests are necessary before wedding.
