I will be moving from Troy MI to New Jersey in about 4 weeks time . Can I get some help with the following..

I will be working in JC but as I discovered ,its a little high on the rent side so may not be able to afford!!

Looking for some decent housing in sub urbs .. but the challenge is that I need to find the Right balance between a good school district for my 8 year old,a decent commuting distance from JC(30 -60 min) and some indian community around ..
