Cardio and Strength Trainning - Alternate Days

Let me Begin Sept month with Aim of doing 30min workout

Cardio


workout days : Monday / WednesDay / Friday

Workout include: Walk , Gym equip , Jogging , C25k , LS walk , Zumba (any, as per your choice )

Duration : 30 Min ( At least )


Strength Training


workout days : Tuesday / Thusday / Saturday

Workout include: JM workout , or any strength training workout from Youtube

Duration : 10 Min ( At least ) with or with out weights

REST DAY :: SUNDAY
