I know it's most healthy to soak almonds for 8 to 10 hours, peel, and then eat.

Unfortunately, I cannot find protein, dietary fiber, etc for these type of almonds.
Google gives information for non-peeled almonds.
People in India have soaked almonds overnight, peeled the next day for thousands of years ...... can't Google update their information accordingly.
If any of you have this information, I'd be grateful
