Please share your experience on the best skincare routine for 10 year old????

My son just turned 10 and he's getting a few bumps/comedones here and there. Sunday to Monday, he only uses water to wash his face and soft soap for the rest of his body. On Saturdays, I give him an oil bath, facepack, epsom salt bath, these I do to my younger children as well.

I've looked around here in IL for some remedies but some herbs are not readily available for me to purchase and I'm scared to try them because no mentions of them being suitable for preteens. Also, my own skin was not good when I was younger and that is why I'm clueless.

Please share your tried and tested remedies and experiences. I'll be forever grateful. Thanks in advance.
