Hiding the ceiling fan hole

Hi Friends,

In our new flat in living room there is option for 2 fans.

But I have placed bamboo jula in one of the fan hole

I have made the point dummy.

What are the options available to decorate it ?I know we get a plastic kind of stuff but I donot like it

Any ideas please?
