Women start 'feeling' old the moment they are married - so dont worry, 25 years is pretty pretty young.
1) enroll in a group exercise class - the reason i ask you to enroll is that if the class is not scheduled , you will end up moving it for something else. Tell your hubby that you need this 1 hour for your health. It can be zumba/aerobics/pilates/yoga. ANYTHING that you like. If its a group class, you will enjoy it.
2) Do you have any particular interests? Stiching/drawing/dancing. Start to look at it 'profesionally' . Take online courses to perfect this. The happiness it gives you will increase your self confidence and the way you look.
3) Spend time playing with your kid and husband. Go out to a park regularly. Spend some time outdoors
4) Plan monthly vacations. It could be a one day trip or a 4 day trip. But you be the planner.If your hubby is not interested, you make a detailed plan and convince him. Its the USA, you can be on a budget and yet visit a lot of places. Explore new places .
5) Most importantly, do not compare yourself with others. Facebook is a place where people only post good things about themselves. Obviously someone is not going to put a pic of them and their hubby fighting or them having a hard time. But does that mean that everyone is happy all the time ? Use FB only as a means to being in touch with your friends . Avoid any feelings of 'oh she has a better life than me'.
