gifts/board games for 8 year old girl

Hi all,

Need all your suggestions.i want to buy birthday gift for my BIL daughter.searched amazon and all othet sites but could not find anything useful.we live in U.S.can any one suggest good board games/ branded watches which i can gift her.

Actually i am not sure what that age kids will like.i am not sure this is appropriate place to post.please advise if other wise.
