FIL cheating us big time. pls help

Well, it is really pathetic of your FIL to demand 75% out of your own flat purchased by you and dh.

I suggest play the game along.

Assure your FIL that you'll do as he wants.

This would calm him a bit.

Meanwhile sell your flat without your FILs knowledge and once all formalities are done and you and your dh gets the entire money, quitely tell your FIL that you had to sell it out in less profit and you need the money urgently for some investment so you're not in the condition to give him his share.

Please let your dh do all the talking and you be the silent spectator as if you speak they may accuse you and things get more bitter.

Yes I knw you would hv to lie to fil and also no matter what reason you give he is gonna be mad at you both for selling it without his knowledge and not giving him his demanded money,

But when inspite of you both paying his 6lacs back also he is demanding that too 75% of the amount and that too when the property is bought by you and your DH's own hard earned money,

Then I feel this way is best to deal with him!

Rest I hope other members gv any more ideas.
