• Understanding the Design requirements and feature functionality.

• Involving in all development activities and discussions for various business scenarios.

• Installing the JDA Platform application and related third-party applications.

• Updating Install/Admin guide, Administration Guide, User Guide, and Release Notes.

• Analysing of Document Defects arising out of Customer-Reported Cases or Internal Development activities

• Testing of the developed feature or enhancement

• Reviewing documents written by other writers.
