Running club for four weeks !

Hi All

I am back after long long time .... I missed the IL and been really on and off from exercise routine. I am determined to lose the last 10 kgs by running for a month .... hmmmm dont ever think that just by running for a month you will lose 10 kgs never ever My plan is to run for a month and lose 2 kgs as a tip and work my way up .


Week 1 : Run 1.5 km - 2km without a break daily

Week 2: Run 2- 3kms without a break daily

Week 3 : Run 3-3.5kms without a break daily

Week 4: Run 3.5kms without a break daily


Diet :


Breakky : Oats porridge

Pre lunch : 1 cup yoghurt

Lunch : rice + veggies (*** limit the quantity of rice to 1 cooked cup - small soup bowl)

Dinner : clear soups any type ( chicken soup,veggies soup )


My starting weight is : 59kgs
