Good day and time for signing Sale Deed for new apartment durning sept end -oct 14??

Dear all

Please can anyone suggest any good day and time for signing the Sale deed for our new flat during this september end to oct starting 2014?

Like everyone else, we are going to buy this with all our hard earned savings and want to be able to live happily and prosperously in this new accommodation. Since signing is the first step towards it, i want to be able to start with the best possible advantage.
