I am 29 weeks pregnant. Had my doc checkup today after 4 weeks. I have gained 4-5 kgs in this 4 weeks. Doc was not happy with my weight gain and suggested to have less carbohydrates and more protein diet.
My height is 5'4 and I am 72.9 now. I was 61 when I conceived .
My daily diet:-
Breakfast at 8:30
1.bread toasted in little ghee with sugar free jam and 1 cup milk.
2. Sometime have corn flakes with
Some nuts.
At 11
Try to have an apple/ juice.
At 1:
Rice with some curry and butter milk.
At4:
Some fruits.(kiwi,apple , grapes,carrot,orange)
At 5:1 cup of milk.
At8:
5 chapatti with curry.
DOc has asked me to cut down rIce n chapatti and eat boiled chicken n fish.what kind of diet should I include.
Looks like my glucose level is just a pass.
Please help me with protein rich food menu.(am a nonveggie)
