Why Men are always upper than Women

I believe in joint decision making and so does my DH. So, it boils down to "what is the best solution to do at any point" than "whose decision is to be implemented".

Even in older days many women act as "neck" when their DH continues to be the "head" of the family. ie in their subtle ways, without hurting their DH's malechavinistic ego, they do turn the "heads" to look at the best choices to take the right decision.

So, I still want the last option. Please add it.
