How to get treated in America for Parents

my mother is having a problem of heavy bleeding for the last several months.

I am in America. She is in her late forties.

i have a kid and in 6th month for second kid.

Can I bring my mother to america, buy some kind of insurance and get the treatment

Could you please let me know what is the process to get her treated in America.

One of my friends mother is also suffering from Survical Cancer, there is an easy treatment for that in America...She is also asking me the same question, is there way that she can get her mother treated in America.

Any insurances / dcotor suggestions would be much appreciated...
