Saving property

Hi dear Ilites,

You are a great support to us and really gave good advices to every body who is in need. Please give me some tips and sugestions on how to save dh's property without getting it into the hands of predators.

my fil died long before our marriage. He was a good gentleman and good human being. He know about his son and daughters well so he made a will before his death and gave every body (1 son,4 daughters) two plots and 25 lakhs in cash to each. He left two houses on my Dh name and shopping complex on my mil name such that she can enjoy rents but cannot sell or give it any body but to my Dh after her death.

mil lives in one of the houses and remaining are given for rent. Dh never asked her about the rents she is getting. We don't know what she is doing with that money.

mil lives in one portion and other portion was given to my sil1 for rent.on the top floor my mils sil lives(that was my fils last wish that his sister should live till her last with us as there are no body to take care of her. She gets pension so does not depends on us). Now, my sil's husband is highly qualified good for nothing lazy person who earns only 6000 pm. So she lives with us and takes care of my mil. Their money was spoiled by my sil's hus. They sold their lands, gave that money as loans and living on the interests. He got heart attack three times had bipass too. They have two kids, whose responsibility is indirectly on us. I don't have any probs with that I'm ok. But they are talking that after my mils death, they gonna ask my hus about the interests. they all sum up to nearly a huge amount. but i don't want that to happen. She is pretty much ready to eat all the rents. They want my money but not me or my kids.

my third sil and 4 th sil has taken 10 lakhs each as loans from my hus. They promised to give interest in my account but they are depositing money into my mil's account. I am not sure they really giving interest and my Dh never asks my mil. So I have decided to start a recurring deposit in Dh account and asked them to transfer money into that so that there will be some accountability. I really fought with my Dh a lot that to happen.

My my mil made a lot of drama to make my Dh but house near my 4th sil's house so that they can live in there with less rent. We don't have liquid cash and we need to take loan from bank, give the house to less rent to my sil, that too in my native. So if we go back to India we can't live there as he works in different city. And we want to buy a house where we live, if we go back to India. I explained so much litterally fought with Dh to tell him the loss. He realised and stepped back. But my mil blames me talking bad about me with my relatives.

they some how want our money. They don't have any respect on me but want my money. It's my kids money.why I should I give them. How can I save my kids property from them.

now sil 2 is pressurizing my Dh that her kids want to do ms here and asking my Dh to sponsor for that.how shame less. What to do. Everyday is some or the other plan. I am not cunning like them so don't know how tackle them. How to stop them.
