Is staring normal ?

This is my first postpost here in IL.I am a working professional and have changed companies multiple times...but I have not come across this below issue anytime before..

off late , I have noticed that few female employees are staring at me...at pantry...or at walkway.....by staring I mean the eye contact remains more than the expected time period...Normally I have to bend my head down to get away from that stares...

Is this normal or is it just my imagination..I I am confused
