This is definitely not quantum mechanics for the simple reason that I do not understand that a bit, lucky you are for that reason. Imagine the head ache that I would create if I had known that - definitely your life expectancy would shorten for sure.
I accidentally just happened to hear a Guru speak for a few minutes regarding this subject on YouTube and it has never been MyTube anyways.
Energy and Time are two important factors deciding the life expectancy or rather actual life span itself of individuals. Very true and it made sense to one like me with little sense too.
If an individual has too much of energy but the time is in short, he leaves and is known as unexpected death be it natural or accident.
If one lives old and lacks energy which also isn't desirable results in the individual to rely on others for help surviving till time comes. Could be in a vegetative stage or in coma as is the case.
So what's life all about??? Definitely not fully controllable and no one really knows about what is within the black box, if we may call so.
The Guru was detailing the importance of balancing the energy and time by engaging oneself in yoga, breathing techniques and other spiritual activities to have a safe exit with out any emigration issues.
Won't we prefer to have our status as ECNR which allows free passage to the next destination, if any if one believes in it. Even if one doesn't believe won't one prefer to have a peaceful passage of no return!!!
Health and mind are the two components in one, a two-in-one combo within us to help balancing the time and energy with all other external components to keep distracting in tilting the balance.
Are we self declared Gandhari blind folded not to see this or are we the Angel of Justice blind folded? Both were blind folded for a fair reason of their own. But if we blind fold ourselves that would result in unfair treatment to oneself, isn't it???
Follow any means suitable, convenient that would keep one healthy and energetic to strike a balance on energy and time. It would definitely keep one happy as long as he/she breathes with out assistance of other co breathers, who might feel that their freedom is breached because of a vegetative individual.
In my case though none can blame me later that am vegetative since, am I not one already??? A few might cry potato potato remembering the innocent comment I made in a competition thread - "You chose this couch potato and love/leave me as is; when needed you boil me, peel me, fry me and eat me."
