why did you go away

This is my 1st attempt at poem..I wrote this to my friend who has passed away in an accident 2 weeks before and ironically I cannot be there with his family physically but even I am in tremendous pain its been a difficult to concentrate on job still I manage but I write my feelings now as I have no other option so just sharing a poem from my writting

Today I again remembered you ...

The time spent together by us two. .

I was lucky to have you as a friend ..

You used to never pretend ....

You where the one on whom any one could depend

Then time played its cruel game .

Whether the fate is to be blame ....

You went far away.

Tears keep falling from my heart all the day ..

Come back to us oh dear brother ...

Without you every day is getting tougher for your mother.

Time might heal this scar....

But our heart will always question why did you go so far

May be you are watching us from above like a star..
